Great customer service! I was greeted upon entrance by the cashier. Also, a young man; I believe his name was Kevin assisted me in finding the items I needed for a fish tank and he knew the products well enough to explain in depth what was necessary to help me make a confident purchase. I left the store satisfied!

Staff are knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy. The rewards program is incredible especially for a local chain. As a rabbit owner I often encounter a pathetic selection at pet stores. Not at Benson's. They have a fantastic selection of hay and toys and staff know about rabbit care! Everything is good quality and well priced.

Staff greet you when you enter the store. They are very knowledgeable and always willing to assist.
