We are here for you and your pets. We will do everything we can to keep serving you and your pets to the best of our abilities. During these hard times our pets are who we lean on for emotional support.

As of now we are still open normal business hours and are considered an essential businesses.  We continue to follow the CDC Guidelines that are listed below.

If you are not comfortable coming into our store we encourage you to give us a call for Curbside Pick Up. We can process your order over the phone.  We will then bring it out to your car for you.  As things progress we will keep you up to date on any changes.

We’ve asked our employees that they have increased vigilance with respect to hand hygiene.  We ask that you exercise the same accountability to keep yourselves safe – if you are sick or not feeling well please do not come to our store locations. We have also taken to disinfecting all surfaces, such as credit card readers, counters, baskets and carts.

As pet parents we understand that you may have questions on how this can affect your pet and our knowledgeable staff is ready to answer any questions you may have.

We will continue to monitor the situation in the communities that we serve by checking with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and other Public health agencies to determine the safest course of action for everyone who enters our stores.

To date there is no evidence that pets can spread COVID-19 (per CDC Guidance).
